			If you are in a position where you want to get fit, or you are already fit and want to push yourself to an extra level, but are finding it hard to achieve this then small goals might be the answer. We are all guilty of stepping into a gym and saying, &#8220;in a month I want to have a beach body that I can be proud of&#8221; but you need to ask yourself: is this a realistic aim and what do you need to do in order to achieve this?</p>

			There is no point pushing yourself to the limit attempting to achieve results and failing, this will only kill your motivation for future exercise. Then each time you come in lower the time by 15 to 30 seconds. As the time drops and you achieve each step your motivation to train will increase. You are seeing measurable and noticeable improvements. As you draw closer to your long term goal you will become excited but it is important to stick to the small goal principle. Don&rsquo;t be tempted to go for it when you reach the seven minute mile as you aren&rsquo;t quite there yet, failure now will knock your confidence. Instead stick to this principle work down to the long term goal one step at a time. This method of training will help you get fit, stay focused and actually enjoy your workouts.</p>

			We all know that traditional beliefs are that to be in good shape you need to slave away for hours down the local gym. If you are really keen then a personal trainer and a strict regime of gruelling exercise is also likely. But what happens if you want to get in shape and would do these things but don&rsquo;t have time for all this work? If you like many work an 8 hour day and travel to and from home then going to the gym when you finally get back is a tough expectation. So what are the options?</p>

			One is exercising at the office. This sounds like a good idea and there are lots of gadgets designed to fit on your chair or desk which will help you burn calories at work. The problem with this however is that it distracts you from what you are doing and for little reward. Exercising at the office is not a viable alternative to exercising properly. It could also lead to getting caught by your co-workers in compromising situations and also create a health and safety catastrophe.<br />A second option is to make the most of your weekend; work hard all week and then when the weekend comes go out and run yourself to physical exhaustion until you have burnt off a week of food and drink. This sounds like a recipe for a breakdown. While exercising at the weekends is better than exercising at work, the most effective routines you can do are little and often if you are just looking to stay fit rather than win Mr or Miss universe.</p>

These can be done at home. If you devise a circuit training routine effectively then you can work out for 15 to 20 minutes at home a day and be in excellent shape. Combine 5 or 6 different exercises focusing on different parts of the body and carry them out one after another without rest. While you exercise one area, another will rest and this cuts out a lot of the time which is wasted at the gym sitting and waiting between sets.<br />Whatever you decide make sure you stick to the plan. Exercise is something that needs to be carried out often but not necessarily to exhaustion. You will not believe this but the fact is that many people who are obese would be surprised if they see themselves from the side. When you look at the mirror you mostly focus on you face and look at yourself only from the front side. But the problem is that from the front side you will not be able to see how wide you are. For that you have to see yourself from the side. Most people who are overweight would avoid looking at themselves from the side in an attempt to lie to themselves that they are still better than many, which is why it is very important to know that you are not fit, in case if you are not.</p>
<p style="margin-bottom:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align: justify;line-height:normal">Once you know that you are unfit, the next thing you have to do is to find a way that you enjoy and that would also help you get fitter. Many people pick so many difficult ways of getting fit, including running or dieting, only to forget about in a few days. And if you like swimming, but don&rsquo;t know how to swim, then get a coach and learn, even while you learn you will shed a few pounds.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify">There has been lots of research done to understand the effect music has made on human brain and mind. The research summed up by saying that music definitely has a positive effect on the human mind. According to the research music has the capacity to heal ailments; it helps you to fight any kind of anxiety. Of all the different music, Indian classical music is known for its most effective power to heal. Being a musician I love to play and listen to music. Most of the time I have some music playing around me, may it be on my iPod while travelling or my pc at home. For me to work effectively and concentrate I need to listen to some music. There are so many different kinds of music. Music is a language that can speak to your emotions and feelings.</p>

But at that time if you get to listen to some soothing music it helps you overcome your mental state.</p>

Music activates your brain-center which enhances your creativity. It is also a known agent to discipline your inner self. Students who study math listen to rhythm as it helps them to be more accurate and skillful. Many people do have music as their hobby and some have it as their profession and for some it is passion. For me it&rsquo;s all three and I simply love it.</p>

Not all meat is good, either. Bacon, goose, and pork meats should be avoided. </p>
</p>
<p>Grains and legumes hinder metabolism in O-types and can result in weight gain. The diet doesn&rsquo;t restrict grains, legumes and bread, but does list out items which are neutral and those that should be avoided. </p>
</p>
