Health, beauty and nutrition are all connected. If you eat balanced meals you will be able to look and feel healthy. A balanced meal will have all the nutrients required, from the right amount of proteins to the right amount of fat. In order to eat balanced meals you need to have variety and moderation in your diet. Your nutrition depends on factors like your height, weight, dimensions and exercise. By improving your diet you can be active as well as healthy.

Here are few tips for you to eat proper meals:

o Always use common sense while you are eating. Do not eat too much of anything, as it would adversely affect your body.

o Fruits, vegetables and whole grains need to be a major part of your diet. They will supply you with the vitamins and minerals that you need for stronger immune system.

o Work on getting into the right weight according to your body type. If you are overweight you will have more health problem than if you are at the right weight. If you maintain your weight you can avoid various diseases like cancer and diabetes.

o Learn to keep your appetite in control. You can eat all you want but just in smaller portions.

o You must try to moderate the types of food you eat. Eating healthy does not mean that you should never have carbohydrates or fat in your diet, it means you eat them in moderation.

o Include the different food groups in your meals like carbohydrate group, vegetable group, fruit group, oil group, dairy group, meat group and beans group.

o Along with eating appropriately you should also exercise every day. You can walk, do aerobics or even join a gym or pole dancing courses.

If you eat healthy you can live a healthy life. Your body will look excellent, you will feel satisfied and confident about yourself.

Negative Blood Type Diet

Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo, theorized that a person’s dietary needs is linked to their blood type, and has developed a diet system based on the four blood types: A, B, AB, and O. In addition to this system there is the Rh blood group system: positive or negative types.

Dr. D’Adamo’s system doesn’t make a differentiation between negative and positive types, preferring to categorize based on the ABO blood group system. Of all the “negative” blood types, O-negative blood is the most common, so the following briefly describes the O-negative blood type diet.

The history of the O blood type is that of the ancient hunter, so the O-type diet encourages meat eating over eating dairy or grains. Organic meats are recommended over processed meats injected with hormones, as these meats are closest to what ancient hunters ate. There should be a limit of about 6 ounces of meat per meal. Not all meat is good, either. Bacon, goose, and pork meats should be avoided.

Grains and legumes hinder metabolism in O-types and can result in weight gain. The diet doesn’t restrict grains, legumes and bread, but does list out items which are neutral and those that should be avoided.
