3. Granola: This choice works best when eaten by itself or when added with some yoghurt. The presence of insoluble fiber makes it best for digestion. Besides this, they make you feel fuller for longer which means you will feel less hungry. For best results, low fat granola is highly preferred.

4. Celery: It has almost no calorie, boosts your metabolism and makes you feel fuller for a long time. Therefore it is ideal for a quick snack in the morning. Besides reducing your weight, it has also been found to increase the body’s immunity.

Shedding a few pounds may seem quite challenging; however, breakfast foods can deliver quick and amazing results when it comes to reducing weight. The key is to make sure you set aside time for breakfast.
